Salah satunya kondisi jalan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Uluiwoi, Kabupaten Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara. Di wilayah yang berjarak 85 kilometer dari pusat pemerintahan Kabupaten Kolaka, leih dari 60 persen kondisi jalannya rusak parah. Tak hanya kubangan lumpur, untuk bisa mencapai ibukota kecamatan, juga harus melewati dua jembatan darurat yang kondisinya sangat rusak.
